I have known Carrie for several years. She worked for me at one time in a word processing center where I would frequently spank her for not getting her work done right, for being late, or for misbehaviors she would tell me about when she came to work. Each day that she came in, we would go to my back office, she would get undressed and kneel on the floor with her hands behind her back. If she was late, she knew that she would be getting spanked for that. But first, we discussed her behavior and what she had been doing. Had she kept up with her domestic chores? Had she been obedient to her boyfriend? Had she been obedient to the rules that I had given her? And so on. Then it was determined just what spankings she would need. She would often have to be spanked for 1 to 4 misbehaviors. She got her first spanking right there, which was normally a 5-minute spanking by hand, although I might use a hairbrush or paddle. Then she got dressed and got to work. If other spankings were needed, she was spanked every hour for 5 minutes until the number of required spankings was reached. Since I owned the office, I just locked the door when it was time for her spanking, we went to the back room and she got spanked and then got back to work.

Also, at times I would visit her at her apartment to check up on her to see if she was taking proper care of her home, and, if not, I would have to spank her. 

She was 17 when I first met her, a senior in high school, and was still being spanked by her dad at home. He was very strict with her, spanked her often, and she seemed to respond better when she was strictly controlled and firmly spanked. (Spanking her was “enjoyable” in that from the first slap of her bottom she would begin to cry. Her bottom was small, round and firm and each slap cupped each cheek precisely. When I finished spanking her, she was always very flushed with excitement and very warm.) She told me a lot about her punishment at home and wanted the same at work. Also, her dad wanted her to be punished at work when she did not do what was expected in order to help her do better and know that only her best performance would be accepted. I told both of them that only bare-bottom spankings would be acceptable and they both agreed, and both expected it. 

Actually, spanking Carrie on her bare bottom was not a problem with either of them since Carrie had often been spanked in front of others on her bare bottom, and she was spanked by others including her uncle, older brother, next-door-neighbor, her “babysitter” who she continued to have even when she was 18-years-old, her boyfriend, her boyfriend’s dad, her girlfriend’s dad, the dad of a girl she babysat, and her tutor. And, she was practically always naked when she had to be spanked. So, getting spanked by others was not a problem, and getting spanked by someone who she worked for was never a problem, she just expected it.

When Carrie graduated from high school, she went on to college and moved into her own apartment. She continued to work for me for another year or so before going to work for someone else. Although even then I continued to take on the responsibility of checking up on her in her apartment to make sure that she was keeping it clean and taking proper care of her home. If not, of course, I would have to spank her. I would give her no-notice inspections so that she always had to keep her apartment clean and neat. Of course, most often she was sent to her bedroom to get ready for her spankings and I would spend up to a half-hour punishing her. 

She started to work for someone else only when she found a boss who would also spank her when she needed to be spanked. Actually, in the area where we worked this was not too difficult to find. I had one girl come to me one evening when I was working late and asked me to take her home because her boss would only do so if she sucked him. While she had no problem doing so, she had not had a good day and needed a spanking, so she asked if I would spank her and then take her home. Most everyone in the area knew that I spanked the girls and came to me when they needed to be spanked. She handed me the paddle, took her clothes off and leaned over and kept her hands on her knees. A 5-minute spanking was administered, and then she asked to be spanked for another 5 minutes. When I finished with her, crying and sobbing, she got dressed and I took her home. I had spanked her before and continued to spank her 2 or 3 times a month. 

Carrie went home to see her dad 2 or 3 days a week to be spanked. When she went home, her dad continued to send her to the Punishment Room to get ready for her spankings. She would go to see him normally on Saturday or Sunday and possibly an evening or two during the week. I continued to spank her almost every day. Her new boss does not spank her so much since she evidently had learned a lot from the spankings I gave her in that she is no longer late for work and she gets her work done right most of the time. She tells me that she is only getting spanked a couple of times a week, if that. As a result, she continues to return to see me also in addition to her dad so that she gets the spankings she thinks she needs. 

But now when I spank her the spankings are just very routine: She comes in and goes to my office, takes her clothes off and waits. I come in a few minutes later and she goes over my knee for a 5- to 10-minute spanking, normally by hand, but it can be with a paddle or strap.

It is not known just how many girls are spanked at work, but from the anecdotal evidence I have, there appears to be quite a few. I know of several just in Central Ohio, which is not an area known for spankings. A reasonable estimate out of the 5% to 8% of girls who are 18- to 24-years-old who are still being spanked-at-home, would be that about 0.5% of girls are probably spanked-at-work. Of course, if girls who are spanked when they babysit or clean offices, and other such jobs are counted, the percentage may be higher. So, in the U.S., there are probably at least 150,000 girls in this age group being spanked at work. From reports from around the world where spanking girls is more prevalent, the percentages would be higher. For example, the percentage would be expected to be higher in Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other such places.
