I believe that a girl should be punished and punished hard whenever her disciplinarian thinks she needs it. She should be slapped silly and then made to get her bare bottom up in the air where her Daddy can hit it hard, and I mean hard. None of this easy stuff. If a girl is not hit hard, she will not respect her disciplinarian because she knows that he does not mean it. Make her get that bottom up nice and round and firm.
