I have recently been asked about the “most effective” spanking position and what implement to use.

This question also involves, however, just why is a girl being spanked?  In viewing many other sites, it is clear that it seems as though most are not really being presented as “discipline spankings” (with the exception of the Real Spankings Network and Disciplinary Arts, among a few others), but are presented more with a sexual orientation where the spanking is simply used as a prop for a sexual experience.

The main concern with my site has always been to administer an effective discipline spanking.

Probably the two favored positions for me are demonstrated by the above two photos:  OTK with feet off floor and bottom presented at an “appropriate” angle so that it can be spanked hard, or bending over a bed, chair, etc. so that the bottom is straight up in the air so that it can be whipped hard.

Unlike most other sites, I do not administer “patty-cake” spankings.  I administer real and authentic spankings as though the girl is being spanked by her dad at home.  And, when she is, there is no warm-up–her dad gets right to the bare bottom and proceeds to spank the girl by hand or with a paddle or strap of some kind.

Even if spanking by hand, as above, if the girl’s bottom is properly presented, as here, she can be given a very hard spanking.  In practically every spanking, when I get through with the girl’s bottom, she will be crying.  Crying is an important part of being spanked for discipline.  And then there are varying degrees of crying–the girl can just be crying, anywhere from a sniffle to shedding a lot of tears; to “crying freely”; to “crying convulsively”.

If I am really wanting to punish a girl, I will spank her until she cries convulsively.  After convulsive crying, the girl will be very hyper-obedient.  I found this with Nancy, who I controlled and spanked for a period of about 2 years.  When I spanked her hard until she cried convulsively, when I finished she would jump immediately to obey anything I or her mom, Karen, told her to do.  Of course, as shown below, her bottom would be very red and bruised and she literally had a hard time sitting for several days.  And that was intended since many of her spankings were for not getting her schoolwork done properly, and this way she would have to sit in class on a very sore bottom.

If I wanted to make her cry convulsively, I would frequently make her assume the position shown above, with her bending over and keeping her hands flat on the wall.  This was important so that if she moved her hands from the wall it would be obvious and I would have to spank her about an hour later with a Disobedience Spanking.  Further, to make her cry convulsively I would have to whip her for 20 minutes or more.  By making her hold the position shown above, I could take my time whipping her and could administer very hard strokes.  For any Disobedience Spanking, she would have to be in the same position as I used a strap on her for 10 minutes and then a paddle for another 10 minute.  Normally after these punishment sessions, she would be hyper-obedient for at least a week or two, and very obedient for the next month.

So, what are the most effective spanking positions?  Well, any position that presents a girl’s bare bottom fully exposed and in a manner where she can be spanked hard with a full motion of the arm.  For example, some of the positions shown below would be good:

Having a bruised bottom is not a sign of “abuse”, but a sign of a well-spanked girl.  If a bottom is not at least red, as shown below, then the girl has not been spanked enough.  However, some girls bruise easily and some do not.  But, if a girl is being punished, she should probably show a lot of bruising, as seen above.  One time I spanked a girl, a housewife, from a small town north of Columbus, Ohio, and when I finished with her, she was very well-bruised … including my hand print well placed on her bottom.  When her husband saw the bruising, he said:  “Well, I see that you have gotten what you have needed for a long time.”

After spanking a girl in Laredo, Texas, she was well-bruised and when she got home she called me to let me know that she was “proud” of her bruises!

So bruising is not only alright, it is expected, and a sign of a well-spanked girl!

Why all of the various positions?  Well, for one thing it keeps the spanking from becoming boring!  If a girl is always spanked in the same position with the same routine, after awhile the spankings will not be effective since she knows what is coming and will prepare for it.

Do a “Transactional Analysis” on the spanking scenario.  Do certain key “verbal exchanges” generally lead to a spanking?  Does the disciplinarian say certain things that will elicit a response from the girl for which she will have to be spanked?  Does the girl make up things just to get spanked?  …  And so on.  …  If so, then you are in a “spanking routine” that will eventually become ineffective.

If a girl just needs a “Just-Because Spanking”, then give it to her, but that is not necessarily “discipline”.  Although there is nothing to say that a Just-Because Spanking cannot be hard that results in a crying girl who has been disciplined and punished.

The above position I refer to as the “Kneeling Punishment Position” and the girl must assume the position immediately when ordered.  In this position, I can just sit on the sofa and use a strap or paddle to spank her with ease for as long as I want.  This is very effective for a girl who is insolent or continuously disobedient to give her a good attitude adjustment!

One routine spanking that I do administer, and that is continuously effective, is the After-School Disciplinary Spanking.  The reason that it is always effective is that it precedes sending the girl to her room to study, so that it doubles as a Preemptive-Academic Spanking.  Whether the girl is dressed, as above, or naked just depends on what you want to do with her later.  With Nancy I always had her naked since when I sent her to her room afterwards to study, she would be ready when I entered to evaluate her work.  As I entered, she would have to get up and bend over her study desk and wait as I reviewed her work.  Frequently there was something that she had not done and would have to be spanked.  Being naked, she was ready for my belt.

The Murgha position shown above is not used much in the U.S., or probably other countries with the exception of India and Pakistan.  And, when it is used there, the girls are not naked, and further, just the position is used for punishment.  The girls are not normally spanked in this position.  However, I strongly disagree!  This is an excellent  position to have the girl assume as it presents her bare bottom fully exposed and ready to be spanked.  Also, it is easy to see if she resits by getting out of position.  This position, done properly, requires the girl to reach through her legs and hold onto her ears.  So if she releases her ears or, of all things, actually stands up, it is very apparent and she will have to be given a Disobedience Spanking later.  Actually, since most girls will not be able to hold the position during a spanking of more than about 2 or 3 minutes, I may have her assume that position for a 5-minute spanking knowing that she will be out-of-position at some point and I will have to give her a Disobedience Spanking an hour later!  …  Also, with her in this position, her disciplinarian will be standing over her in a very commanding position, emphasizing her submission and that she will be obedient!

So in response to several inquiries that I have had recently, there certainly is not a “most effective” spanking position, but I have found that those positions that present the girl’s bare bottom fully exposed so that a free spanking can be administered is the most effective.  And, the spanking must be hard, if one is serious about giving a spanking.

 

A Spanking is Not a Wrestling Match!

I believe in administering spankings to girls who can be helped.  Often we see where the disciplinarian is fighting just to keep the girl over his knee.  I have had a few such incidents, but I believe to be most effective, the girl has to cooperate or be punished hard when she doesn’t.  A girl may resist, but when most of the action is keeping her in position, then the effectiveness of the spanking is questionable.  If she is going to resist a lot, then bind her in position so she cannot move her bottom!  As shown below, I had to bind Clarice in position so that I could paddle and whip her properly!

When spanking a girl properly, she has no say as to how hard the spanking is going to be or how long it is gong to be … as long as the disciplinarian is “sane” and “considerate”!!!

I am appalled by some of the brutality that is shown on various sites, but, apparently, there are viewers who enjoy watching a girl being brutalized.  I am not into the brutalization of a girl, but in giving her a very hard and long spanking.

In one of my previous blogs I mentioned that the proper training of a girl depended upon “expectation for results”.  Over the past many years, I have developed and implemented a training program for girls founded on that principle.  The “expectation” is that the girl either does her best in everything she does, is obedient to my directives, and behaves herself, or … she gets spanked.  The program has been used with a number of college girls and working girls who were 18- to 24-years-old, and the use has proven to be quite successful.

This program for girls has achieved exceptional results for the girls in their academic and personal life.  It is a program that I have designed which incorporates spankings to achieve desired outcomes.  And it has been implemented so as to determine its efficacy in achieving desired results.  The outcomes have been exceptional.  When spanking is incorporated into the training program, the girls are much more productive and obedient.  Shown below is Daija exemplifying the spankings that the girls receive, especially during the first 2 weeks of training.

Instructional programs that are implemented with no real consequences for girls who are disobedient, do not get their work done properly and on time, or who do poorly on their tests, provide no real incentive for the girls to work hard to achieve their own goals.  And, the emphasis must be on the girls wanting to achieve their own goals, rather than some false agenda imposed by someone else.

I also tell the girls that if they can achieve their own goals by any other means, then they should do so, since my program is very strict, they are expected to achieve excellent results, and they will be spanked hard if they do not.

Here I will mainly describe the need for spankings and when they are administered, since that is the main distinction between this program and others.  However, in practice, each girl is most often not spanked all that much. During the first couple of weeks they will be spanked almost every day and most often 2, 3 or more times a day.  But after that, with some exceptions, the number of spankings each girl gets is more like 2 or 3 a week, and then even fewer as the girl adjusts to what is expected.  After a couple of months they may only need 2 to 4 a month.

However, there are some girls who require continuing and frequent spankings.  It just all depends on the girl and what her goals are-the more difficult her goals, the more spankings she will need.  For example, it is reported that Carly Simon, a singer, needed to be spanked before every performance, since it helped her to perform better.  It is also reported that Corina Ungureanu, Olympic-champion gymnast, was repeatedly spanked by her coach, top-ranked gymnastics coach, Belu.  But, Corina said this about the spankings she received:

Although spankings of girls are most notable in athletic programs; e.g.,Tonya Harding (ice skating), Martina Hingis (tennis player), Mary Pierce (tennis player), and Dominique Moceanu (gymnast) to name a few—for academic and personal pursuits, the same is required for many girls who want to excel at what they do.  Of course, those are the girls who I frequently focus on and it may provide a distorted view of just how many girls need to continue to be spanked frequently after the first two weeks.  But, of course, this is a spanking site!

My program was developed with the assistance of some of the girls being trained.  When one girl was being given an orientation of what she would be expected to do during her training; i.e., she was told that she would have to get up and present business reports to other girls; she said:  “You are going to have to make me do that.  Spanking me would help.”  So, each day that she was to give a report, she was made to bend over my knee to be spanked before being sent up to the podium to give her report.

 

Before giving a detailed description of the program, I will present an overview of the spankings that the girls receive.  As seen below, disobedient girls are immediately spanked hard and, as a result, they do very well.

But, the most important aspect of the girls’ training and the reason for their exceptional results is that they live and work under a program of “High-Expectations”.  They are expected to accomplish a lot, are praised for exceptional work, and are spanked hard when they do not achieve desired results.  [It is noted that there is more to the program than the techniques described here.  Much of what is needed cannot simply be described, but one must learn how to obtain “High-Expectations”.]

Part of the success for the program is that the girls are supervised very closely, are given strict dress requirements, and are firmly spanked when they disobey or misbehave.

Most often the girl is taken to her room to initiate her punishment as she is made to undress.  Then she is made to present her bare bottom to be spanked, whether OTK, kneeling on her bed, bending over in some manner, … whatever the position she is then spanked hard.  Then she will be made to assume at least 2 more positions for her further punishment.  See the photo below:

It is important that a girl is spanked long and hard enough that she knows she has been spanked and will change her behavior to avoid being spanked again.

However, another girl I interviewed stated very simply:

“I believe that if a girl does not do what she is told, she should be spanked immediately, and punished more if you think she needs it.”

Shown below are girls who were given immediate spankings, and then had to report to be stripped naked and spanked again.  Girls are spanked as required, regardless of who is present.

In this program, the girls frequently must be spanked on a daily basis for the first couple of weeks or so until they understand that their obedience and proper behavior will be obtained.  After that, and after they begin to see the results of such strict control, they may only require to be spanked once or twice a week, although some continue to need more frequent spankings for the first couple of months or so.  Some girls, however, will need fairly frequent spankings just to keep them motivated to do their best.  And, only their best is accepted.  If a girl is capable of getting an “A” in a course, and instead gets a “B” because she did not study properly, she will be spanked very hard.

Another aspect of their training is that they must learn to be totally submissive to their Headmaster.  Many punishment sessions in other programs result in a girl being given Corner-Time.  At High-Expectations Academy, the girl is made to submit to impress on her that she will be obedient.  See the photo below:

In this program, the first two weeks is for the proper orientation of the girl where she learns that she will be obedient and behave properly, or will be spanked hard.

A further control-technique is to make the girl report for a daily evaluation at 8:00 in the evening.  She will report to the living room where she will be stripped naked and made to stand at attention.

Then, as shown above, she will be taken OTK and spanked.

 

Shown below are details about the training program.  Again, the emphasis is on required spankings that the girls receive since that is the distinctive difference between this program and other, less challenging programs.  Again, however, after the first couple of weeks or so, most girls will need to be spanked one 1 to 4 times a month or so–it just depends on what the girl needs to succeed.

Girls are expected to do exactly as they are told.  They are closely supervised and spanked when they disobey.  To see Kyndall get spanked for not taking her bath when ordered, click on the photo below.
