In this post, I will conclude with some observations about girls who I have known being spanked, and just what should be considered as a “domestic discipline” of girls who are 18+-years-old, as well as provide some information concerning the spanking of girls in other countries.
Defining Domestic Discipline of Girls in terms of spanking may be relatively easy so as to avoid being judgmental about what we believe:
Domestic Discipline of Girls is the routine spanking of girls who are 18+-years-old for discipline or punishment by a disciplinarian who is responsible for assuring the obedience and proper behavior of the girl; and excludes any spanking that is solely for sexual gratification of the girl.
The last qualification precludes any spankings that are simply a prelude to sex or are desired by the girl solely for her own sexual gratification, but does not exclude spankings that are administered for discipline or punishment in which the girl may also receive gratification either by climaxing because of the spanking, or in which the disciplinarian pauses to satisfy the girl sexually before continuing with her spanking-discipline or spanking-punishment. That is Domestic Discipline of Girls will include any spanking in which there is a discipline or punishment purpose for the spanking regardless of what else happens.
Some examples of Domestic Discipline of Girls are presented by the following reports. These are spankings that have been reported to me or which I have actually given. When I take girls on a “field trip” to Vegas, I do expect their obedience and I do spank them hard if they disobey. Although their spankings are filmed, the spankings are actual discipline. Other examples provided are from reliable reports.
Spanked by Boss
Girls who are spanked away-from-home by their boss in a hotel room for misbehaving are being given Domestic Discipline … if such discipline is “routine”; i.e., they are spanked on a fairly regular basis for discipline and this is not just a onetime occurrence. We are not here concerned with the “one-night-stand” or the single occurrence in which some girl may be spanked. We are concerned with the disciplinarian who routinely uses spanking as discipline for girls whether he is their boss, father, etc.
Spanked by Father/Grandfather/Uncle
A father or grandfather who routinely spanks his daughter/granddaughter or an uncle who routinely spanks his niece for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Mentor/Teacher/Tutor
A girl who is made to strip naked and bend over to have a strap used to spank her by her mentor/teacher/tutor is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Brother/Male Cousin
A girl who is routinely spanked by her brother or cousin for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Girlfriend’s Father
A daughter and her girlfriend who are both routinely spanked by the girl’s father when they stay overnight together for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls, even if it only happens once-a-month or so. In Florida, I spanked both Nancy and her girlfriend, Donna, a couple of times a month when they stayed together overnight and misbehaved.
Spanked by Boyfriend’s Dad or Mom
A girl who is routinely spanked by her boyfriend’s dad for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Neighbor (Male or Female)
A girl who is routinely spanked by her neighbor for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Mother/Grandmother/Aunt/Sister/Female Cousin
A girl who is routinely spanked by her mother/grandmother/cousin for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Girlfriend
A girl who is routinely spanked by her girlfriend for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Girlfriend’s Mom
A girl who is routinely spanked by her girlfriend’s mom for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Family Friend
A girl who is routinely spanked by a family friend for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Personal Friend
A girl who is routinely spanked by a personal friend for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls.
Spanked by Personal Master
A girl who is routinely spanked by her Personal Master for discipline is considered Domestic Discipline of Girls. This one indicates that just anyone who routinely spanks a girl for discipline will be considered as Domestic Discipline of Girls. Personal Masters/Disciplinarians/Etc. who are charged with controlling everything the girl does and punish her hard for disobedience or misbehavior are rare, but are obtained by some girls who want total control and to be punished hard. These are girls who seek out a disciplinarian to punish them for things they want to be punished for, or possibly are just masochistic and want someone else to induce the pain rather than cutting themselves or doing something else to obtain pain. Since we do not ascribe motivation to the discipline of girls, any act where a girl is being spanked for discipline or punishment, even if she just seeks out the spankings, will be considered as Domestic Discipline of Girls.
For 4 years before the war (the Viet-Nam War) and many years after, I mentored and disciplined girls in Columbus, OH, concerning their academic work, their jobs and their personal life. It is difficult to recall just how many girls I’ve worked with, but 200 or so would be a conservative guess. The 2 years in Florida were restricted mainly to Nancy and Karen, her mother, although Nancy did also bring one of her friends over after I had been there about 6 months who also wanted spanking-discipline as well as her single-mother. In addition, there were a few other girls from the community college who heard about me and also came to me for academic assistance that included spanking them for not doing well academically. Since I had established a good routine with Nancy, for which I received a consulting fee, her friend and her mother were also taken on as clients and were spanked during scheduled appointments twice a week, sometimes more often, and I would make unscheduled visits to their home when they would be spanked if I found anything that was not quite right. Since the families were frequently together, it was relatively easy keeping track of all 4 girls.
Nancy and her friend, Donna, were most often given Before Bedtime Spankings when Donna visited and stayed overnight. When Donna needed to be spanked, she would most often stay overnight with Nancy. When she came to Nancy’s home about 7:00, they would both have to report to my office (a study in the home that was provided for my use), and report on their behavior. Donna, in particular, would have to report about what she had done since her last visit for which she needed to be spanked. Donna would then be made to strip naked to be spanked right there. Nancy, of course, had already received whatever spankings she deserved. But then, they both were informed that they could count on a Before Bedtime Spanking, normally about 11:00. But also, Donna’s mother, Buffy, would stay and talk with Karen and me. We would discuss the progress that the girls had made and I would be informed of anything the girls had done, or grades that they had received that I did not yet know about. A couple of times a month, I would send Karen to get one of the girls, or both, to report to us for a Bedtime Spanking. These were normally given about an hour after the girls were already in bed. They would be spanked hard and then sent back to bed.
In addition to the girls in Columbus, and Nancy and Donna, and their mothers, in Florida, I also gave spanking-discipline to girls in Laredo, TX, and Birmingham, AL, at various times.
Discipline may also include some face-slaps and other punishment as shown in the movie below.
Whether or not these girls are counted as “spanked-at-home” or domestic discipline depends on whether one counts only the immediate family or those who control and spank the girls with respect to their domestic and personal lives. Girls have reported about being spanked by a number of different categories of people including: dad, mom, older brother, older sister, aunt, uncle, neighbor, grandfather, grandmother, teacher, tutor, parent when babysitting, and boss.
We are here only concerned with whether or not girls who are 18+ continue to be spanked in a domestic-type environment. All of those from “dad” through “grandmother” can probably be considered as “domestic-spankings”, while the remainder may be questioned, although from the definition and examples I gave in the beginning of this report, it is seen that all spankings of girls that are given routinely by any disciplinarian should be considered as “domestic-spankings”. That is, if a teacher takes a student to an office and spanks her for not doing well academically, is this considered “domestic-type”? Or, can it be included simply because it is discipline and not administered for pleasure of some kind? If the parent of a child for whom the girl is babysitting takes the girl to a bedroom and spanks her for not caring for the child properly or for not getting chores done that she was assigned to do, is that considered a “domestic-type” spanking? In both cases, yes.
If a babysitter is spanked by the father of the child, with clothes on or off, is this a “domestic-spanking” that should be counted for girls who are 18+ being “spanked-at-home”? Yes.
Actually, the non-family concerns but exemplify that girls who are 18+ are probably spanked in far greater numbers than one might suspect, but the reports are quite consistent and convincing that even at home, with family members, about 5% of girls in the U.S. who are 18+ are still spanked. Add in the additional situational-spankings administered by non-family members, and the number may be somewhat greater, possibly closer to 8% or so.

And, as above, although the girls who are spanked in extra-situational scenarios are more-than-likely not spanked naked, we will take the creative-license of portraying them as if they are simply for your viewing enjoyment! And, of course, some will be taken to a Punishment Room to be spanked as shown below.
It is believed that the statistics provided in this report are fairly accurate, although there is no claim concerning just how accurate.
In closing this series of reports, I will provide some information relating to studies about girls who are spanked in countries around the world.
One thing of interest is from emails that I have exchanged with girls in countries such as Israel, Britain, and Sweden. In each case, they say that girls are now not spanked there, as it is now illegal in some countries, but that they were spanked. So, even in countries where spanking is not encouraged or is illegal, girls may still be spanked. However, for the following countries, girls are still spanked and the percentages are much higher than the 5% estimated for the U.S.
Tanzania is the country with the greatest percentage of girls being spanked at 21%.
Taiwan is next at 17%. Zambia is next at 16%. Singapore is next at 13%. Mexico is next at 11%. Indonesia is next at 9%.
S. Korea, Venezuela, Iran, Romania and Lithuania are next at 7%.
China, Russia, Brazil, Greece, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, and Guatemala are next at 6%.
Now, if there are 5% of the girls who are 18- to 24-years-old in the U.S. being spanked, then that means that there are about 1,447,600 girls being spanked “at home” in the U.S. Add in all of the girls in the other countries where spanking is prevalent, and the result will be millions of girls in the world who are 18- to 24-years-old are still being spanked “at home”! If you are a girl in this age group who is still being spanked, then you have a lot of company!
In the future I will provide more details concerning the reports that I have received relating to girls who are 18+ and still being spanked, as well as some of my own experiences in administering such spankings.
