I have recently had several reports from housegirls who are spanked by their boss.  In many cases the girls have to accept being spanked in order to keep their job.  But, in all of these cases the girls admit that they believe they should be spanked rather than be fired, and that they should be spanked even if they would not be fired.  One girl said that she used to resist being spanked until she realized that she did much better after being spanked and she would be fired if she did not improve.

A few of the girls are spanked just-because their boss wants to spank them and he knows that they need the job so they will accept being spanked.  But, in most cases the girls are spanked for disobedience or not doing their domestic chores as required.

Girls are often spanked in the living room or their bedroom.  In practically all cases, the girls are spanked on their bare bottom.  One girl I supervised in Columbus, Ohio, was required to keep her apartment clean and neat, and I gave her definite chores to complete.  I would check up on her work 3 days a week.  When I entered, I would inspect the apartment and if I found anything that was not done as required, she had to bring me her paddle, strip from the waist down and bend over my knee for her spanking.  She needed and wanted the correction so that she would learn to take better care of her domestic chores.  She wanted to be better prepared to serve her boyfriend when she moved in with him.  I had to spank her almost every time I inspected her home.   When she moved in with her boyfriend, he wanted me to continue to supervise her and spank her, which I did for another 6 months or so.
